Potatoes peeled, washed to drain. Cut a ~ 1cm thin square. Mix with 3 tablespoons of cooking oil if frying in an oil-free fryer. Fry the 1st time 160 * for 10p. Leave the island over and fry the second time like the first time. Continue frying the 3rd time if the potatoes are not tender. If frying on a gas stove, fry it until it is done, take out the oil to drain off the oil
Washed vegetables, soaked in dilute salt water. Picked out to drain and then chopped.
Put the sliced vegetables in the bowl. Pour the fries on top. It is imperative to leave the vegetables underneath so that the vegetables are ripe when the potatoes are in.Add chili powder, soy sauce, pangolin oil, pangolin powder, and MSG. Cover and shake well.
Since there is no Chinese chili powder, I use temporarily Korean chili, which is more spicy and red. Finished mixed potatoes, eat hot, both fragrant, numb to the tongue and moderate salty.
